GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:- Parents are requested to keep in view the following points :-
- They must specifically state in the application form submitted at the time of the admission of their ward, that their ward himself nor any member in the family is suffering from any serious or communicable diseases.
- Attending promptly to the school circulars regarding fees, leaves, escorts, and progress reports and instructions, regarding attention to their wards’ studies during vacation
- Not asking for leave for their wards for attending weddings, other social or religious functions.
- Ensuring that their wards do not overstay after vacations or grant to leave, report back to the school on due date & time.
- Not to visit the school except on fixed days and contrary to the timings & other instructions on the subject.
- Observe rules for prior appointment i.e seek either by writing or on phone to the Principal. They are requested to contact the Principal, whenever they happen to visit the school
- If any student is found to damage the school property disciplinary action will be taken against him/her and he/she may even be expelled from the hostel/School, keeping in view the gravity of the fault.
- It is clarified that if any student meets with an untoward and unfortunate accident, while the students are being taken in the school bus or any bus or vehicle arranged by the school for any excursion/ picnic, trekking or while playing, the school will not be held responsible in any manner whatsoever for such an accident/incident nor it shall be liable for any expenses for the treatment of any serious injury caused to the students. However, the school will ensure that the medical aid is given to such students by taking him/her/ them to the nearest available dispensary / clinic / hospital or private doctor but all the expenses will be chargeable to the parents for subsequent treatments.
- A statement of each student’s expenditure on books, stationery, other articles etc. which are made available to him on no profit, no loss basis will be sent to the parents at the end of each term. Parents may also ask for such a statement from the school.
- Students will not be issued the school leaving certificate unless all dues are cleared.
- Parents are requested to attend the parent – teacher meetings to know the progress of their wards.
- It is also added here that if any dispute on any account whatsoever arises, the same shall be liable to be proceeded in the jurisdiction of courts at Solan (H.P) or NABHA (Punjab)
- Parents/Guardians are requested to co-operate with the school in maintaining its norms and traditions.
- The school constantly endeavour to maintain proper educational environment & discipline forimparting education as a mission & not for making any income or profit.
The school management has every right to amend the rules with or without prior informations.
